AccentFix Privacy Policy

1. What AccentFix collects

• Words you save, custom words you add, and practice progress.
• Your Sign in with Apple account identifier, and name or email if Apple provides it.
• Credit purchases and credit usage for AI features.
• Voice recordings only when you choose an AI pronunciation check.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to run the app, sync your account, provide AI pronunciation checks, generate AI voice examples, add custom practice words, process purchases, and respond to support requests.

3. AI and voice privacy

Microphone checks send your recording to OpenAI through AccentFix for transcription and pronunciation feedback. OpenAI does not use API data to train models. AccentFix does not store your recordings on our servers.

4. Local and account data

Free learning can work on your device without signing in. If you sign in, your saved words, custom words, progress, credits, and purchase records may be stored with your account so they can sync.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the app. This clears your account data from AccentFix and removes local saved progress from your device.
